B3ST Hoops was created to advance and groom youth basketball athletes for the next level. We pride ourselves on robust fundamentals, discipline, attention to detail, leadership, accountability, camaraderie and fun. Every player receives hands on treatment and a pledge of affirmation from our trusted staff members. At B3ST, we hold a huge emphasis on intensely challenging all players on a mental and physical level. As a result, our players remain very comfortable and unflustered during fierce game competition. When committed, each player is guaranteed to improve in the B3ST basketball system.

Our B3ST Hoops program is developed and ran by Dion Bailey, one of the top coaches and cultivators in the business. Dion’s out of the box thinking and no nonsense approach has impacted youth athletes on a wide range of levels. His philosophy and effective coaching style is second to none.
