B3ST Sports Training

B3ST is comprised of four levels of training: Middle School, High School, Collegiate and Adult. We make sure that ALL four levels of training are approached with the same passion and attention to detail. Within our four levels we offer various types of training.

Sports Specific Training

Sport Specific Training focuses directly on the exercises and drills that are relative to every aspect of your sport of choice. This is a great way to improve your overall game.

Team Training

Team Training is awesome for teams that would like to maximize sports training for every individual on your team. Not only does Team training help improve your skills in your sport it allows you to do it with your teammates. This is a great way to build Chemistry and Camaraderie as well.

1-on-1 Training

1-on-1 Training is a more intimate and hands-on workout with your trainer that allows you to be the center of attention for your full workout. The workouts are very intense and produce optimum results.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training is designed for 3-8 athletes to train together in a group and still get the personal attention they deserve. We encourage competition in small group settings to bring out the best in you. This will allow you to also create bonds with others you may or may not know.

Speed 101

We have thoroughly crafted speed programs for the beginner and advanced runner. Our scientifically based programs hold a strong emphasis on anatomical characteristics, flexibility, reaction, strength/power, circulatory characteristics, age and sprinting, body composition, sprinting mechanics, stride length and frequency, starts, drive and top speed. We have combined American and Jamaican speed philosophies to create a perfect combination of techniques. Our qualified trainers handle every speed workout with very detailed and precise care. The combination of intense and comprehensive workouts coupled with scientifically based mechanics is a perfect recipe for success. We encourage ALL athletes to take advantage of our speed programs. There is no replacement for speed.

Combine Training

At B3ST Sports Training we know how important it is to perform your best at the collegiate and NFL Scouting Combine. Our direct connection to these venues separates us from the rest of the pack. Our programs are designed to have all of our clients in optimum mental and physical shape for every drill and question asked. Expect to endure a carefully crafted, intense two a day training prior to your big day. Each of our players has an advantage of knowing exactly what to expect at these events. Having the right staff behind you is very important for your success at the next level.
